CONTACT BALL AUCTION BEFORE YOU CONSIGN ANY FIRE ARMS, ALL NATIONAL AND STATE FIRE ARM LAWS ARE FOLLOWED. BALL AUCTION WILL HOLD ANY FIRE ARM UP TO 14 DAYS FOR A FULL BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE IT IS SOLD.

Auto Commission is a flat rate of $70.00
No sale Autos $20.00
ALL AUTO CONSIGNED MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY KEYS AND A CLEAR TITLE.
ATV SERIAL NUMBERS WILL BE CHECKED FOR THEFT IF NO TITLE IS ACCOMPANIED WITH THE ATV.
(AT THIS TIME, ALL AUTOS MUST BE TITLED OVER TO BALL PRE OWNED AUTO - THEN TITLED OVER TO THE PURCHASER, BALL PRE-OWNED AUTO AND BALL AUCTION IS ACTING AS THE DEALER/BUYER IN THE TRANSACTION, AS APPROVED BY THE WEST VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES, CHARLESTOWN, WV.)
BALL AUCTION RECORDS AND FILES ALL THE TITLE WORK AS WELL AS TAG TRANSFER OR NEW TAG REGISTRATION FOR THE BUYERS.

You agree not to sell or remove any property from premises once consigned.

Ball Auction does not allow reserve prices on consignment other than Autos and Real Estate.

$5.00 bookkeeping charge to consigners who leave an unpaid bill.

No search if item is not listed on the consignment inventory sheet or sold in the field.

Auction will take reasonable care of merchandise, but will not assume responsibility for damage due to weather or other; theft, selling price or loss incurred by consignor.

A dumpster fee may be charged on passed items $5.00 - $50.00 based on size and weight or passed items may be picked up by consignor on sale day or Sunday morning.

consignment checks are mailed out within 14 days after the items are sold. (PLEASE NOTE, CONSIGNMENTS ARE NOT ALWAYS SOLD THE SATURDAY AFTER THEY ARE CONSIGNED)
